Interview with Adriana Rechesan, Owner of Collins Hill Boot Camp

Mara Circiu: Thank you, Adriana, for accepting my interview request, please introduce yourself to our readers...
Adriana Rechesan: My name is Adriana, I am 34 years old. I came from Romania a little while ago, less than four years with a very ambitious dream, and today I am happy to say that I live that dream!
Mara Circiu:Dear Adriana, you are looking better than ever...what is the secret? Could it be...WORKING OUT?
Adriana Rechesan:I have to say that looking good on the outside, has to start from the inside. We have to WANT to look good and be healthy!
Mara Circiu:Were you always athletic, were you a professional athlete?
Adriana Rechesan:I was into sports since I was 6-7 years old. I used to do all kind of sports...started with Judo, Tennis, Martial Arts, Roller Skating, Swimming, and I was in the GYM since I was 12 years old. I wanted to become a body-builder but my dad did not agree with it...
Mara Circiu:At what point did you know that you wanted to become a certified fitness instructor?
Adriana Rechesan:It happened probably 6-7 years ago when I had a great example in my home town. He was my inspiration. He is not just a coach. He actually cares about his clients. And of course I do, too. Sometimes is even painful because I'm really attached to my clients and it hurts when they don't do what they are supposed to do.
Mara Circiu:Where did you obtain your certification?
Adriana Rechesan:I obtained my certifications last year and trained every single day since. A degree means nothing if you are not out there, working hard, proving your dedication and backing your words with action!
Mara Circiu:Your passion lead you to a new business endeavor, I am more than happy to inform our readers that you recently started a new Fitness Studio…please tell us about Collins Hill Boot Camp.
Adriana Rechesan:Collins Hill FIT BODY BOOT CAMP is a franchise designed for super busy people who are looking for a quick workout with quick results.
Our workouts are for 30 min and we deliver HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training).
We do modify our workouts for every single client. We do understand that in our Boot Camp, most of our clients have joint problems so we need to constantly make sure that they are safe. We all have different fitness levels and everybody needs to start from somewhere.
Our program and memberships are design to make it super easy for you, that way, when you come to our classes you do not have to think of anything. I will always get down on the floor with my clients and push as much as they do and i will always motivate them not to stop.Included in the membership we offer

Mara Circiu:Who is the athlete that inspires you the most?
Adriana Rechesan: The Rock, I admire his determination and discipline!
Mara Circiu: I see a great correlation between life and fitness, all the people that I know that work out diligently seem to be happier…what is your motto?
Adriana Rechesan: We don't live to EAT. We EAT to live!
Mara Circiu: When you don't exercise, what do you do? What are your hobbies, preferences?
Adriana Rechesan: I love motorcycles. I have 2 motorcycles. One of them is designed just for riding on the street but the other one is a race motorcycle. I love riding! I'M in love with all sports. I love going to the beach. I love cruises! I'm a very active person. You can't keep me in one place. I always have to do something that makes me happy. And of course I'm in love with cartoons:)
Mara Circiu: What are your thoughts, and of course, your fitness invitation (or challenge!!) for our readers...?

Long story short, intentionally I gained a lot of pounds during this winter holidays, to show my clients that I understand their struggle. I gained 16 pounds in 19 days so now I have to lose weight with them. I am running a challenge with my actual clients which is for 2 intense weeks and the prize is a 8 Days Trip to Mexico for 2 people. Only my clients wore aloud to join.
But for new members the challenge is for 6 weeks and the prize is a trip for 2 in Las Vegas.
New clients need 1-2 weeks to adjust to the boot camp so we figured 6 weeks is perfect for them to lose a lot of weight.
